This plant is in addition to the normal pressure pump, is having the vacuum pump too which evacuates the water contains from wood thereby enabling the chemical to penetrate much deeper in side the wood. Also, instead of one way flow of air inside the seasoning chambers, our seasoning chambers have the provision of both side flow of air which ensures equal moisture contents all over the wood. This plant is first of its kind in Northern India with respect to precision of the moisture contents and the capability of this plant is 15000 cubic feet per month. We have been attending all important trade fairs around the world viz. AMBIENTE & TENDENCE at Frankfurt, Brimingham, Toronto, Chicago and New Delhi etc. We have highly trained and result oriented staff and have the option and capacity of augmenting the labour form all other units to meet the timely delivery in time.

Wood Chemical Treatment Plant

As Timber generally is easily susceptible to borer, fungi and insect attacks within short period of its felling. To avoid this and make timber more durable it has to be chemically treated. Our chemical treatment plant is vacuum-pressure-vacuum type and adopted latest technology.
Chemicals are first mixed in a proportion as prescribed by standards in motorized mixer before poring in to storage tank. Planks are loaded in to trolley and trolley is pushed in to the vessel. Vacuum is created to ensure all air is removed surrounding wood and cells of wood opened to ensure better impregnation of chemical. Pressurazitation of chemical in vessel ensures 100% impregnation. Final Vacuum ensures excess chemical taken out of surrounding woods thus helps in reducing seasoning period. Trolley system helps in fastening treatment plant.

Wood Seasoning Plant

Most species of freshly felled timber contain 100% or more moisture in it. For retention of shape and size of manufactured article and make quality product, timber should be seasoned and the moisture contents to be brought down to level in equilibrium with the surrounding atmosphere (normally 6% to 8%).
Our seasoning klins are overhead fan steam heated one. Seasoning is done in Scientific way to ensure perfect seasoning under controlled. Fans are of light weight having variable pitch, dynamically balanced and reversible and that gives equal air flow in both sides of the wood stack ensures equal drying of wood. The drying of wood takes place by the application temperature humidity cycle. Drying process is checked and monitored time to time by the use of moisture meter handled by qualified operators. We have five seasoning klins and we can season 15000 cft of wood in a month.
We have adopted trolley system to handle wood stacking and quick loading in to seasoning klins. For better stacking and quick loading and uploading of wood trolley system is most useful.
